What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed home goods in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return shipping label.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and towels are machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nellie's ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
